I watched the SONA of GMA a while ago and the only thing i have to say is.... GMA! GMA! GMA!
Yeah! I am a pro-GMA. But thats my stand and i am free to express it. I believe Arroyo to be capable of doing everything she promised in the previous SONAs and i believe in what she has said in this years SONA! The only problem is the poeple around her. they are the cause of this mess.
We dont need impeachment and we dont need ousting! She can do her job so bother with impeachment complaints and the rest. We dont need politician/actors whose hearts may be in the right place but they not suited for the job. Do we want college or highschool brop outs to be the representation of the country? Also dont blame it all the time on the government. the people are also at fault. it is understandable that we cant hold our emotions all the time and then we blame the govt but we must restrain outselves and try to think and act for the best of the country. Damn it! Cant we just get along? GMA said it herself. "those who want to pick on old fights. Were game.! but what a waste of time."
GMA knows this well and thats why she doesnt bite the 'rabid dogs' back after they bite her with political scandals. she retaliates but always with a scheme in mind to make the best out of things. for me this is a figure of a leader. who cares if she is 'mataray'. sure popularity is needed to be in office but can popularity be enough to feed the people or return our country to its previous glory? NO! Thats why! Go GMA! Do what you have planned to do. no matter what the results may be (so long as its visually determinable) ill be rooting for you!
